You’re not behind. It’s not too late. You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. Everything is unfolding as it should be. Don’t judge yourself or be hard on yourself about how long something is taking to happen. Your time is coming. Just be thankful that you made it this far.
One thing I realized is that everything always ends up working out. Sometimes even better than you can imagine. Remember this when you feel like you’re in a hard place or you feel like you’re being challenged the most. Believe in where you’re headed. See the bigger picture.

I don’t talk about mental health much on here, regretfully. Its taken me years to acknowledge my own anxieties, let alone speak about them. Burying it doesnt help, be with your feelings, it takes time but they’ll pass. Connect with your heart & your body, the mind can be a demon.
Let’s stop romanticizing the bodies we had when we were 16. We were literally children. We are adults now. We have hips, our boobs have been around for longer than 4 years, we are meant to have more fat on our bodies, cellulite is inevitable. Your peak is now, love yourself ✨
