🚨 I-75 in Chattanooga just turned into an unscheduled fireworks show! 🔥
A truck full of fireworks caught fire on the freeway near Ooltewah and started launching them everywhere like nature decided to celebrate early. No injuries reported, but traffic was wild.
Who else is glad they weren’t stuck in that lane? 🥴 🇺🇸
HELL YEAH!🚨HUGE WIN for election transparency in Georgia TODAY!
Fulton County Superior Court just slammed Brad Raffensperger with a Temporary Restraining Order — effective IMMEDIATELY on Election Day.
HUGE shoutout to Lt. Gov. Burt Jones, Congressman Clay Fuller, Congressman, Rich McCormick, and Senator Greg Dolezal for making this happen and to Senator Dolezol and others for filing this!!!
Poll watchers (appointed by candidates/parties) and State Election Board observers now have full access to watch tabulation, aggregation, verification, and reporting of votes at the Secretary of State’s central office, Election Night Reporting Room, and everywhere results are handled. Georgia law demands it (O.C.G.A. § 21-2-408, etc.), proceedings must be open to the public, and the Court said: no more blocking transparency.
The judge nailed it: irreparable harm if denied, public trust is everything (especially when the SoS is running in the election he’s overseeing), and this is zero burden on Raffensperger — Simple. Just follow the law.
Remember Raffensperger’s arrogant campaign response mocking Greg Dolezal and the whole lawsuit? “Buckle up Greg… you’re about to join Stacey Abrams, Joe Biden, and the New Georgia Project on the long list of people who sued me and lost.” 😂
How’s that working out, Brad? Court just proved you wrong in record time.
Transparency WINS.
Arrogance LOSES.
The people are watching.
HUGE 🚨: Brad Raffensberger just lost BIGLY in court and poll watchers will now be allowed in his secret election-monitoring bunker.
It’s a shame it took a lawsuit to achieve basic transparency.
Georgia's Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is REFUSING TO ALLOW Georgia's State Election Board into the Reporting Room where Georgia's statewide results are tabulated & published.
That's illegal.
Lt. Gov. Burt Jones has called on the DOJ to get involved.
👀 🚨 CURIOUS🚨
Georgia’s secret election bunker is reportedly run through Georgia Emergency Management Agency.
FEMA sends Georgia hundreds of millions yearly.
Has FEMA money to GEMA ever been fully audited?
I’ve officially submitted a request for nonpartisan election observers ahead of Georgia’s upcoming primary. Transparency matters, and voters deserve confidence in our election process.
Two weeks ago, the Judicial Qualifications Commission confidentially notified the Democrat backed candidates for the Supreme Court - Jen Jordan and Miracle Rankin - that it was investigating them for violations of the Georgia Code of Judicial Conduct.
The Democrats immediately filed a secret lawsuit against the JQC to stop the investigation. The lawsuit was assigned to Stacey Abrams's sister, a federal judge appointed by President Obama. Judge Abrams, again in secret, blocked the JQC from investigating.
The Democrats continued their violations with impunity.
Over the weekend, the Court of Appeals overruled Abrams. Today - one day before the election, after nearly a million Georgians have already voted - the Judicial Qualifications Commission issued a statement that Jordan and Rankin have engaged in multiple, serial violations of the Code.
This is a stunning abuse of the legal process by lawyers who are seeking to become judges - impartial dispensers of justice.
VOTE FOR THE STATEWIDE JUDICIAL INCUMBENTS IN GEORGIA.
🚨 LMFAO! President Trump has Mark Cuban LOVING HIM now, despite Cuban backing Kamala Harris in 2024
"Looking good, Mark! Come here, Mark!" *Shakes hand*
"We have one thing in common: we wanna make people better!" 🔥
Even a Kamala supporter can't deny the winning of TrumpRx!
Could everyone join me in sharing this? Raffensberger is Georgia’s Pelosi, and he’s trying to steal more power. We need pressure, and we need it immediately.
The Supreme Court has signaled it will strike down state laws allowing ballots after election day.
Justice Alito says it's called “Election DAY” for a reason.
