#BarnesandNoble really needs to train their in-store staff how to properly ship vinyl. This should have never been shipped out, it should have been damaged out. If you need pointers on training employees how to ship vinyl, I am happy to volunteer my time and expertise! @BN_care

@JamesGunn What a sweet peanut! So glad you took Emily in. We also have a senior cat, she’s 16 now. One night 6 years ago, she scratched through the screen of our bedroom window to be with us (she was our landlord’s outdoor cat at the time) and never left. Love our little Rory so much! 😻
