Quit the 9-5. Earned 225K+ online. Still felt empty. Writing about going from stuck overthinker to building an online income that aligns with who you are.

Don't worry if you or others see results yet. Stick to the game you choose, experiment, and improve.
The results will show up.
I hit every external goal I set:
• Travel as a lifestyle
• Earn $ from my laptop
• Work on my own terms
• $50K+/year working 20hrs/week
All worth it, but... I still felt empty inside.
Freedom is good but fulfillment is non-negotiable.
Prioritize inner alignment.

@OptiMindInsight Absolutely Nicolas.
Also, start with the end in mind. Not a single outcome (like $10m dollars), but the specific lifestyle it would unlock.
What would your perfect average day look like?
Optimize for that.
You're taught that working harder is the path to freedom.
No one teaches you that picking the right direction will move you further in a month than grinding for years in the wrong direction.
Focus on inner alignment first.
@ScoreysHangout What a coincidence that is – or the Universe confirming a thought, whatever you believe in ;)
But "starting with the end in mind" + making sure the end matches with your values & purpose, is one of the key insights I wish I knew earlier.
@OneJKMolina Stop selling "a course", "a workshop", or "business system".
It all sounds like work.
No one wants more work.
Instead, sell the outcome people want (not need):
• More time
• More money
• Mores status
• Looking better
• Effortless relationships
@Tim_Denning Love the combination of:
+ Long-term patience (expecting to do it for 10 years, non-neediness)
+ Short-term impatience (pure obsessions, psychotic sense of urgency)
+ Strategy (high > low ticket offers, worldview as the niche, lead with stories)
Some real nuggets in here.
@jackmoses777 Most people think they've leveled up, when in reality, life's just going well for them.
The real test happens when shit hits the fan. How do you respond then?
And is that different from the old you?
@matt_gray_ Create long- and short-form content & focus your effort on mastering one platform first.
It's a friendly beginners approach.
Once you dial in those habits, you'll find it much easier to spread your wings into other platforms.
@NavalismHQ@naval If they don't do as they say, it's hard to fully trust them – the most important quality in any relationship. Without trust, you can never reach the deeper layers.
Smart is great. Intelligence is powerful. Energy is infectious.
But integrity is non-negotiable.
@chris_thebsofe If not for others...
... do it for the sake of your own soul.
It feels great to know that you're congruent between your good intentions and actions.
@KevinSzabo14 I'd argue for many different goals.
Aspirational audacious targets – broken down into long-, mid-, and short-term goals.
Long-term: outcome oriented.
Mid-term: outcome + process.
Short-term: process oriented.
Outcome = e.g., earning 1m
Process = e.g., writing 5 posts
@KevinSzabo14 Have a capturing system on your phone so you can capture ideas immediately.
Has been a game-changer for me.
I use notion for this.
Set up a database first. Add a button to quick-capture things into that database. Then add that button as a widget on your phone.
