It's cope because the reason it's expensive here is because it's the best place in the entire country. San Diego, where I live, has FAR better weather and amenities than North Carolina. I've been to North Carolina, it's only okay, nothing to write home about.

Also, just looked outside, I see fluffy white clouds. I also see that it's gonna be a high of 92 today in Raleigh, while it'll be a high of 74 in San Diego today.
