@AmazonHelp I eventually managed to reach a human who acknowledged the error and “gave me their word” that the incorrect amount will one day be refunded.
@CostaCoffee That’s a lot of hoops to jump through! The date and time were on the post - 25 hours ago. There’s one store in Abergavenny - not difficult to trace. I just thought it might be worth mentioning it - not every message is a complaint.
