BBC isn’t backing down.
Trump sued them for $10 billion, which means discovery cuts both ways. Now the BBC wants his phone logs, private schedules, daily diaries, and communications from November 2020 through January 20, 2021.
They aren’t just defending the case. They’re asking a simple question: did their documentary damage Trump’s reputation, or did January 6 do that all by itself?

That would be awesome for seniors across Ohio.
When Governor Ted Strickland was in office, there was no income restriction on the Homestead Exemption. Every Ohioan age 65 and older received meaningful property tax relief.
Today, Ohio has a flat income tax that disproportionately benefits the wealthiest Ohioans, while many seniors no longer qualify for Homestead because of income limits.
That’s a policy choice—and one that deserves to be revisited if we truly want to provide relief to those who need it most.
But Vivek benefits most by these policy decisions so he makes a bunch of empty promises while galavanting around Ohio cosplaying his way through the gubernatorial campaign.
