Cdnt catch #Neru in theater but what an engaging movie. Great to see Mohanlal be the best but #AnswaraRajan is the show stealer. What a moving performance by the young girl. Climax is top notch.

Watching Mammootty play a vulnerable,gay man in #KaathalTheCore is truly a watershed moment for Malayalis. Generations hve grwn up watching him as the man in charge,the one who takes care of everything. To see him be helpless & rescued(from himself & society )by a woman, Phew!

In 1980's, KG George was making films with an execution quality that was 20 years ahead. Add to that also his ability to create classics in multiple genres- Yavanika (detective thriller) to Panchavadipalam(satire)- in my opinion the best director Malayalam Cinema has seen.
