My wife contacted @united and got through in a few minutes compared to the now two hours and forty minutes with @Delta. My next first class tickets will be with @united. We’ll just leave this call open and see if @Delta ever picks up. #airlinescompaniesbehavingbadly

@neilwd Well, there is practical value. If a mic is attached to your clothing, sound quality may not be as good and you get movement noise, and it could be more costly to have a boom/rig with a mic hanging over your head and out of view. Pick up for that mic would have to be good...$$$
