Dr Simmi, an OBGY resident at MGM Medical College, Indore, is reportedly in ICU after a suicide attempt.

After a complaint against 36-hour duties, she was allegedly targeted by seniors: “We worked 36 hours, now we will not spare you.”

She reportedly faced repeated humiliation, harassment and isolation. Even after complaining to HOD Dr Nilesh Dalal, no effective action allegedly followed; seniors reportedly signed a letter refusing to work with her.

How toxic must a department become before authorities ACT?

Independent inquiry. Protect Dr Simmi. Preserve all records. Hold everyone found responsible accountable.

“Hierarchy” can NEVER be an excuse for harassment.

Toxicity pushes another hardworking, dedicated and meritorious resident to suicide .

Dr.Simmi Yadav been fighting toxicity of seniors for the past 6 months who has unlimited abusive power given by former HoD Dr.Nilesh Dalal. After her fight for work-life balance illegitimate duty hours of 36 was reduced to 12 hours. But bullying of seniors didn’t stop with blessing of HoD. They used to corner her, belittle her every day for silly reason just with the intention of humiliating her

Dr.Simmi Yadav attempted suicide and now in ICU .

As an eye was measure college remove Dr.Nileh Dalal from HoD post.

But is this enough? Is this the justice? Not at all.

Culprits of mental harassment must be sent to Jail immediately to save other resident doctors that face inhumane duty hours and verbal abuse every day. Law breakers shall not be at college and harass our children

Senior students that bullied her must be immediately rusticated from the college and seniors & former HoDd must be booked under

BNS 108. for abetment to suicide ,
BNS 352 for intentional insult
BNS 79 (Word, Gesture or Act Intended to Insult the Modesty of a Woman)

Let’s support efforts of United Doctors Front under chairmanship of Dr.Lakshya Mittal. He has spoken to the Dean of the college and UDF is seriously working to implement 48 hours work rule at MGM, Indore

5-6 month me side stand ka senser kharab.
. 1 month ke ander pichhe wala indicator tut gya. And i have observed almost 90% raider bike ka left side ka indicator tuta hua hai. Indicates poor engineering.

Ignition key loose ho gya hai.
13 month pe battery kharab ho gya.
Side wale raider ka sticker bhi automatically ukhad gya. Indicates poor quality of material used.
14 month pe clutch wire tut gya.
