We're going around the Moon. Come watch with us. Artemis II's four-astronaut crew is lifting off from @NASAKennedy on an approximately 10-day mission that will bring us closer to living on the Moon and Mars. The launch window opens at 6:24pm ET (2224 UTC). https://t.co/X27QJejNDt
Face Pulls- Elite exercise especially if you lift. Do this before bench pressing and thank me later. Basically scapula push ups with resistance. Use a light weight and pull towards your face by bending your elbows and slowly straighten your arms back (I do it standing)
Literally in PT for this now. Mini thread of my favorite things to do for it
To release it do "bear scratches"- I just use a corner instead of a ball. Lean back into the corner on the muscle, slightly bend & straighten your knees to rock up and down. Feels phenomenal
Scapula pushups - get into a good straight back pushup stance being on ur knees is fine just keep your back straight. Keep your arms straight and drop your body and pull your shoulder blades together, hold for a few seconds. Then pull your shoulder blades all the way out and redo
Sorry about the spam yall I've always been a big history nerd. It's a lot more interesting when humanized than listed like some boring facts (maybe ironic statement). Unfortunately not many career options for history majors lol
I'm bored so we gonna teach some history today. Unwarranted thread of all major conflicts America has been in and their ending incoming...
For each I'll give my own grade of -1/0/+1 (if JD's take is wrong/in between/right)
America having only existed during modern war which makes decisive victories more likely skews this but with a score of -6 I'd say that JD's take is pretty off. Given all ended with some negotiations it's usually with one side losing pretty clearly

Afghanistan War:
Last entry here of the long conflict between America and the Taliban. I can just copy my entry for Vietnam... a messy occupation that ended with a negotiated withdrawal then decisive Taliban victory. When history isn't learned one is doomed to repeat it.
