Mid-Atlantia Bioregion

Mid-Atlantic bioregionalism

[Mid-Atlantia Bioregion @Mid_Atlantia]

Mid-Atlantia is a bioregion that resides on the Atlantic seaboard. It is defined by the five major river systems: The Hudson, Delaware, Susquehanna, Potomac, and James. Along with their associated watersheds, they form the Mid-Atlantic basin which is the bioregion's namesake.

Hey North Carolina! Check out @MatthewPHoh for Senate! He’s running as a Green Party candidate! He’s pretty amazing! #VoteGreen

Found it, turns out it's on an unnamed hill in Potter County, PA. It's a triple divide of the Eastern Continental Divide and the Saint Lawrence River Divide. Here are the coordinates:

This is the tripoint of #MidAtlantia, #Laurentia, and #BigOhio. We gotta find out where exactly this is, @OurLaurentia.

@YesCalifornia, What are your views on the Cascadian California territorial overlap?

[Mid-Atlantia Bioregion @Mid_Atlantia]

@PatrickAMazza For me, the Red State/Blue State yard stick paints too broad of a brush. I prefer the Red County/Blue County map which has the same problem but to a much lesser degree. Imo there isn't a geographical component of the American Schism beyond the Urban-Suburban Exurban-Rural divide.

Cali-Cascadian relations is gonna be an interesting topic.

Mike Sylvia believes in using racist depictions of immigrants will scare the people of New Hampshire into independence and Kyle Biederman participated in the Jan 6th Insurrection, why is @YesCalifornia / @CalexitHome associating with open fascists?

@BeauTFC Looks like federal water knives are gonna be getting to work in the southwest. @Vote_CNP

[Mid-Atlantia Bioregion @Mid_Atlantia]

@Cascadiaforever @Vote_CNP I do get that this is a later on kind of thing but with the way things are going, you both may soon find yourselves written off by Washington in favor of a focus on regional social, economic, and ecological issues.

[Mid-Atlantia Bioregion @Mid_Atlantia]

@Cascadiaforever @Vote_CNP Ok the "Every. Single. Inch" thing was too much but I'm really just curious about what your positions on this are. Speculations on what Cascadian-Cali relations are gonna be like is interesting and this overlapping claim is gonna be a facet of that.

[Mid-Atlantia Bioregion @Mid_Atlantia]

@Cascadiaforever @Vote_CNP As long as The CR just agrees to have that referendum on what it considers to be sovereign territory. What do you think are the chances of that @Vote_CNP?

[Mid-Atlantia Bioregion @Mid_Atlantia]

@Vote_CNP @Cascadiaforever Yes, I'm sure it'll be a post-US priority of The CRM Rangers to "resolve" these "challenges" with Cascadia.

[Mid-Atlantia Bioregion @Mid_Atlantia]

@Cascadiaforever @Vote_CNP Cascadians and the Cali Nats have a border dispute that is gonna cause some serious tensions, especially since the Colorado is finally giving out. Perhaps that aid is gonna come with some strings or even be an exclusive deal for Cali Bioregionalists.

[Mid-Atlantia Bioregion @Mid_Atlantia]

@IwriteOK It's time to go down our own paths. You Cascadians should get independence too.
