Their ability to play a monetised sport allows them to earn shit loads.
There's loadsa instances where the media target footballers rather than the elite purley coz they're working class eg Marcus Rashford

It'll reduce the amount of cars on the road, so less road maintenance.

Helps us hit green targets ✅

Also helps reduce the strain on the NHS.
Less cars = less harmful emissions + fewer RTAs + a healthier society.

Only questions is why doesn't it kick in immediately?

TBF it ain't a challenge.

The railway shouldn't be judged by the fare box.
This will put more money in people's pockets which they'll spend and it'll be recycled again & again whilst being taxed.

Any driver regardless of age needs to pass a battery of aptitude tests & a series of interviews .
Then go through an intensive training period followed by a rigorous passing out process

I'm pretty sure any 18 year old who's managed this is suitable
