HOW TO SOLVE THE LEVELING ISSUE

Problems:
1. Leveling to 30 is PAINFUL and TIME CONSUMING and SUCKS
2. Allowing anyone to have level 30 accounts encourages ban evading, smurfing, breaking TOS, etc.

SOLUTION:
- When creating an account, allow an option to LINK AN EXISTING ACCOUNT to the new one.
- ALL PUNISHMENTS FOR BOTH ACCOUNTS WILL BE LINKED (i.e. new account gets punished, old account gets punished, and vice versa)

This disincentivizes smurfing for breaking TOS/ban evading (linked punishments), while also allowing for people who have previous accounts and are following TOS to get a simple level 30 account without going through the nightmare leveling process
