So my sister took an early flight this morning from Mumbai to go to Manali for work. She was flying by @airindiain and turns out, her bag didn’t make it on the flight. The concerned correspondent at the airport said her bag was held up in security check.

and they couldn’t make the flight wait for just one bag.
If the inconvenience caused by this wasn’t enough, the flight crew failed to inform my sister that her bag had not arrived, until much later.
