Just a normal man from a normal city living a normal life with a normal job. Opinions are my own and they do not construe to be financial or legal advice.
Every time there is a concert featuring a Hong Kong artist, it strangely feels like a Hong Kongers’ reunion. Even though when I lived in HK it was filled with HKers and it didn’t feel anything special.
Even though nothing happened this weekend, the agents are still partying it up like we’ve won (or lost, don’t think it mattered how hard we partied after each anomaly) #Ingress#ErasedMemories#ErasedAnomaly
Finding out the event is cancelled mid-air is not the greatest timing.
But then when is it really good timing?
Now to figure out whether I continue onwards after the transit or I rebook to go home…
On the road again. Hopefully everything goes smoothly today despite the scare last night that the flight was cancelled🤞 thankfully I was able to re-route (in the expense of time spent at the airport).
Just spent 1.5 hour queuing to get a number and 2 more hours waiting for the number to be called. To do a 5 minute job of taking one photo, sign one name, and pay 90 bucks for the privilege to drive for another 5 years. (And to see a doctor, maybe)
Watching all the Twins concert videos on YouTube and Facebook is making me cry a little inside. Oh how has time passed so quickly. Can’t believe it’s been twenty years. Their songs, whether you like it or not, defined a generation of HKers.
#PokemonGOTour: Sinnoh is coming to Los Angeles!
Some of your favorite Pokémon from the Sinnoh region are arriving at @RoseBowlStadium in February 2024, so don’t miss your chance to catch them with your fellow Trainers at your side.

Heading back home, it was a whirlwind of a trip but well worth it. Saw some good friends, enjoyed some great tasting Chinese food and most importantly spent time with dad.
Finally got Internet back at home. It’s been 4 miserable days oh sweet sweet Internet please never go away again. I still have no idea what happened to the fibre but thank you to those working to restore Internet in the pit splicing cables.
