@bookingcom well I have DM'd (many times) asked you to contact us via every method I can think of and we are still £200.00 out of pocket and you remain silent ☹️I genuinely thought booking with you was safe now I am beginning to doubt it...
@bookingcom is anyone going to respond to my DM at all? Still £200.00 out of pocket for a host cancelled booking that they have checked us in for and are now not answering their phone to us or you!
@bookingcom can someone in the UK (not the USA helpcentre) please contact us. We had a booking cancelled by the host (due to Covid) who then checked us in! We had to source alternative accom. and have still paid for the original.
We have tried messaging the property, been unable to get a response. We cannot find a direct phone number either. Although your USA helpcentre said they would make contact they have since sent us a std reply giving a link that doesn't work to contact the property direct..
