@ItsTheAtmospher @NavMechEng @IndefiniteLT NOAA isn't affiliated with the Merchant Marines at all and MSC isn't uniformed. That would be like calling me as a DoD Civilian a uniformed member... The Maritime Security Program members are pretty much contractors who can get called upon to support.
