So almost one month with no broadband and cable service from @EE, engineers not turning up for appointments customer service managers not returning calls promised, sending unqualified engineers to fix default, and to top it off being blamed for all this.

10 days without @EE service and yet another (3rd) unkept date as to when it will be fixed, apparently the open reach engineer sent doesn’t know how to fix the fault. My partner and I work from home and my heating, door bell, printer all rely on wi-fi. Disgraceful service.
