But as long the money keeps flowing in your direction... it’s ok. Hopefully you’ll invest in better costumer services.

@tapairportugal @govpt @antoniocostapm @saude_pt The issue is not the lack of compassion for law abiding citizens, but mainly the lack of support from @tapairportugal to arrange rapid tests or to reschedule the flight. Or even someone available at the biggest London Airport to support their costumers in their native language.
