@Dr_KSGautham @CardioNeo Close to what Afif El-Khuffash did in his pilot trial, but in real life I have seen PDA in echo with very large shunt volumes as early as 6-8 hours of life and after 2-4 weeks. In my opinion is just not feasible to include all of those situations in a single trial.

@CardioNeo @Dr_KSGautham I think that many trials are not designed to properly answer the question of PDA. And a lot of dollars/euros are spent in designing/implementing/recruiting/publishing/meta-analazing them. I think THAT is concerning and, at least, ethically questionable
