@SamsungMalaysia which service centre has Flip 5 replacement screen protector? I've called The Gardens branch and they don't have it. Pavillion branch no answer. I called the Experience store and they gave me a rude experience. I just want my screen protector replaced!
I avoid starting conversations that I know I can't finish because I'll have to leave soon to do something else, like work, or whatever. While I can come back to it, I forget about it already. So I end up hardly initiating any talk.
whenever I call unionbank I just get angry. after pushing all the right buttons and told it can't find/verify my account and waiting 20-30mins, when I get to a person I'm told I reached the wrong department (fraud), then get transferred and wait another 20-30 mins. lol
I always thought I had no achievements in life, but recently from doing an overhaul of my resume I found that I do have them! All I thought of them were additional work I did outside of my job description, but with proper wording they can sound like achievements.

I guess I'll contact them again tomorrow, maybe they'll say something new and ridiculous like today's findings.
(17) so I've been busy, I went to a different country and I can't access @GrabMY realistically and as usual the very helpful customer support didn't respond for a week. Now I'm back and my issue is still not resolved. It's now more than a month and they won't compensate me
@GrabMY emailed me and asked to send a screen recording of my issue but file is always too big. See my issue with #GrabUnlimited
This is day 16 of my issue still not resolved. Are you going to wait for my subscription to run out in Dec 2024 before this gets resolved?

Dear @GrabMY, you finally have an annual subscription for #grabunlimited available and I subscribed to it, and now my Hotdeals vouchers are missing. I'm also getting emails now to subscribe to grabunlimited even tho I AM already subscribed! Please fix this or give me a refund!
