What is today’s (2nd Jan) excuse for these toilets in the Bedford car park still being barricaded and inaccessible? @WestDevon_BC @Geoffrey_Cox On the 23rd December, you replied to me that this door had been fixed and the toilets were now operational.

I should also add that there was a sign on the guildhall door stating that the entrance to the guildhall was closed.

This video does indeed seem to show a possible electrical blackout on the vessel as it approached the bridge, with power being restored just before impact.

Footage of the Dali shows the deck lights go off for a period before the impact with the #Baltimore bridge suggesting a possible electrical incident.
