Poor service from @PapaJohnsUK. 3 orders on their website, all failed. Rang store, who had no idea what was going on and didn't know how to find out. Emailed head office, still no explanation of what went wrong. Now received auto-email saying my points will expire in 14 days. ๐
.@Avis just signed up to the Avis Preferred programme with American Express... And now you're quoting me MORE for the same car hire, and not offering the free additional driver I'm supposedly entitled to. Not great! Any chance of some help, please?
Ordered some groceries... wrong item delivered... told @Uber_Support in the Uber app... said there's "nothing they can do" for reasons we've explained" (none given). Then contacted later with "Hi Mohammad" โ message meant for someone else. ๐คฃ Worst customer service for a while!
@WorcsBoschCare Still not able to connect to my thermostat through the (rubbish) app. A quick glance at the reviews of said app show that I'm far from alone. Are there any plans to fix it? Or is it simply a case of sell a product, neglect a product, ignore the problems?
