@Ryanair flight FR1519 cancelled at Hamburg leaving all passengers stranded in the airport. No sign of anyone from Ryanair, no hotel, no food/drink, no communication. Extremely poor!!
Still in the airport, still no staff, still no updates… YOUR website states that we should have been offered refreshment vouchers AND a hotel given the delay is into the following day. @Ryanair
@TUIUK@TUIGroup stop spamming me with emails and tell me where my refund is. It has now gone the 14 days you advised and nothing has been communicated. Non existent customer service.
@LouT0211@TUIIreland@TUIGroup@TUIUK I’m in the same boat been waiting since 1st and still had nothing? Have been filling the compensation form in and that’s been bouncing back that it can’t find the flight on the system.
@TUIUK I have filled the compensation form in for a cancelled flight from last week and have received an email saying it cannot find the details on the system? Can you advise.
Spoke to a someone from @TUIUK@TUIGroup last night who advised our flight wasn’t on the cancellation list to now receive a text and email saying it is cancelled! @TUIUK how long does the refund take so I can book with someone else? Absolute shambles!
