BREAKING: Under Trump, a household income of $59,000 a year could “comfortably afford the monthly mortgage on a typical U.S. home, but under Biden, that number has risen to over $106,000, according to a new Zillow report.
Revenue is up, users are up, new products are rolling out, and older products are approaching major updates. Safe to say, we survived the bear, and we're positioned to thrive in the bull. You'll want to attend the stream on Thursday.
4/9) Transitioning from centralized to decentralized rarely happens
As it requires people in power to surrender their position
This is why Chainlink & Polygon still have admin keys even after years of criticism
I expect most L2s to be in a similar state years from now as well!

Your entire financial future is at risk.
FedNow launches on Friday. Let's explore why this travesty is a net negative compared to #Bitcoin.
Centralization
First and foremost, FedNow is a hyper-centralized system with funds settled by the Federal Reserve. This means the Fed effectively holds custody of all funds involved with FedNow payments.
The obvious risk here is that centralized control enables manipulation, interference, and the introduction of random rules (social credit) that disable your access to things like loans.
Bitcoin, on the other hand, is not controlled by any central authority. It cannot be manipulated, interfered with, or withheld for arbitrary reasons.
Privacy
Our reasonable right to privacy has already been stripped away by things like the Patriot Act, social media, etc. Now, our financial privacy will also evaporate.
Because all transactions go through the Fed, information about the sender, recipient, and amount of each transaction. This information can be used to track people's spending habits and identify patterns of behavior.
Building a social credit system that directly links to a CBDC is not a farfetched concept here.
Bitcoin is a public ledger of anonymous transactions. Linking someone's peer-to-peer transactions to their behavior outside the network is very difficult, which enables a level of privacy something like FedNow completely dismantles.
Security
Financial institutions are not known for their high-level security practices (Equifax, JPM, Capital One, to name a few). Presumably, FedNow will become the de facto instant payment mechanism across the US. A data breach could expose millions, or hundreds of millions, of users' personal information.
Bitcoin requires no account and no personal information to use. The security is nearly infallible and battle-tested over more than a decade.
TL;DR
If you're ok with a system that enables discrimination, government surveillance, lacks security, and leads the way to centralized digital currency, then FedNow is great for you!
If you care about your financial future, living as a self-sovereign citizen, privacy, preservation of wealth, and security, then Bitcoin is for you 🫡
Hey there @telegram we have reported this channel as a scam/impersonator channel at least half a dozen times. It is filled with thieves, conning people, plain and simple. Finally, would you kindly do the right thing to close this channel or at least tag the channel and admins with the scammer tag? The scammer's channel is @ divisupports (extra "s" at the end)

Love or hate her, Ayn Rand was a piercing voice on moral questions that continue to haunt the 21st century. Watch this 1959 clip with Mike Wallace and ask yourself: was she wrong?
This excerpt from @joerogan podcast with @davidgoggins describes what happened to me when I started working out AFTER my ice bath (to get my PSA down).
My total testosterone went from 736 to 1180 ng/dL.
Other men are getting comparable results.
