@itsrosesm Having been in the US Navy for 20 years, I can say they absolutely do. It is only served on special occasions or milestones. They are alotted a certain amount of money for food. To afford this meal, other meals are downgraded. Meatloaf or chicken nuggets more often to pay for it.
