@JenWEsq@MaricopaVote It’s almost like there was a really simple way to vote by mail for the last 2-3 weeks. Like I did. In Surprise. 2 weeks ago.
But hey, why vote the easy way when you can vote the hard way, amiright?
@stephen_richer I’m in today’s group, I think. Was pretty quick, as always. Received my ballot on Wed, mailed it Thursday morning and got the text that mine was received at 11am today, and the signature verification / counted text at 5:35pm. 👍
@JenAFifield Same boat. No text yet. But I did discover that USPS has a free service where they take a photo of your mail and tell you when it’s going to be delivered. It’s called Informed Delivery.
IDK how well it works for the ballots though.
@AriBradshawAZ@JenAFifield Previously main, but I finally flipped on the filter unknown senders function this week. So at least I don’t have to see those in my main inbox anymore.
For those on iPhones, you can turn off notifications for unknown senders as well.

@PeterLMunster1@KariLake My vote doesn't count any little or any more, either by mail or in person. It's exactly the same.
But if you want an answer, it's very simple. Even at it's most efficient, in-person voting takes at least a 15 minute round trip vs. a 1 minute walk to the mailbox.
@PeterLMunster1@KariLake Oh, is this where you pretend Maricopa doesn’t have auto-text message updates on ballot status or the online self-verification tool to check ballot status?
Sorry Pete, I don’t live in your ImaginationLand. I live in the real world where those tools do exist.
@Redistrict@darth @TKensingtonian @elonmusk Don't worry. With the upcoming re-re-re-re-launch of Twitter Blue, Elon will debut 24 new shades of blue checkmarks to help simplify things.
Official accounts will display at least 8 checkmarks in a color pattern that randomly changes every 6 hours to prevent parody.

I'm pretty sure he self-identifies as toast.
