@robinebers I just tested dynamic workflows/ultracode on a review task and it spun up 60 agents over the course of the review! Each agent seemed very focused and most used less than 50k tokens. Seems promising.

@jaredtendler I'm trying to decide between the print or audio book for The Mental Game of Trading. Are there important illustrations, figures, or exercises in the print book that are not included in the audio book, or is the content about the same?
@markminervini Here are a few things I found helpful for my neck: 1) Only use 1 monitor and it should always be at eye level whether you are sitting/standing 2) Position your keyboard/mouse so your shoulders are fully relaxed (you should not need to lift your shoulders at all)
Wow, big wash on $WKHS this morning. I had a great entry for it, but wasn't expecting such a big drop so minimized quite a bit. Sticking with my normal 1/3 profit taking strategy would have kept me in with a runner. Good lessons though! #Wyckoff#BBTFamily
Really nice reversal day on $UBER, although I find it can be a difficult stock to trade at times. It likes to tease me with high conviction setups, then fake me out with unexpected price action. By the time its ready to move, I'm too eager to get out! #Wyckoff#BBTFamily
I've been stalking $AMD for a few days for a move higher or lower. Got chopped up on it for small losses yesterday, but finally saw a clear change of behavior today for a clean move lower. #Wyckoff#daytrading
@higher_image I was using 1 min charts before I switched to 5 min. I still like 1 min, but I'm trying to be more disciplined in my process and find that 5 min provides higher quality setups. I miss out on some setups as a result, but I've come to accept that I don't need to catch every move.
I haven't posted much the past few months because I switched to using 5 min charts which has taken a lot of practice and journaling to adjust. The quality of my trade selection has greatly improved on this timeframe, giving me greater confidence in my trading. #Wyckoff#BBTFamily
Nice reversal on $PLTR after filling the gap and putting in a spring at prior resistance (now support). Looked like it was going to fail for a minute but immediately recovered, fueling the move higher. #Wyckoff#BBTFamily
@NelsonTrades@StangColton Glad to hear that, Richie! Giving too much attention to losing trades usually leads to more losing trades. Gotta break the cycle by flooding your mind with winners! Credit to @markminervini for the inspiration.
Beautiful long setup on $SPCE this morning with a breakout over resistance from the prior 2 days + backup into resistance with poor quality selling + spring. Started working immediately and went straight for my targets. Great way to end the week! #Wyckoff#BBTFamily
@NelsonTrades Sorry to hear that, Richie. A process I find helpful when I'm not trading well is to go back and review my best trades to remind myself that I'm capable of being a great trader. I stop reviewing losing trades altogether and fill my mind with winners. You got this!
@kashter Thanks! A spring is a test of a key support level that initially fails to hold but is immediately bought back up above support. It often triggers stops for bulls and tricks bears to short. The reverse idea can be used for resistance levels, which is called an upthrust.
