@LNRailway Hi, the 17:56 from Euston is now not stopping at Leighton Buzzard. This was the same yesterday. Is there a reason for this as it’s a busy service to that station?
@LNRailway 18:26 from Euston is 4 coaches. Yesterday it was cancelled. It’s so hot it’s unbearable on the train and no room to move . You’ve been short forming coaches on the peak services for over a week. It’s an absolute disgrace.
It is a simple claim. Poor comms, poor systems. Poor staff training. It is a two day job . 1 day diagnostic and part for next day. It’s been 5 days and still not approved and I am without a vehicle to visit my elderly parent 60 miles away. Totally shambolic service so far.
@AutoProtect I am aghast at the poor level of communication and customer service of this company. I have an open warranty claim. 1 hr 45 mins on hold to speak to your teams by today. After speaking to 2 different depts the 3rd one would not speak about claim.
Claim opened 4th April. Authority to speak on my wife’s behalf agreed on call with staff and my wife. 3 consecutive conversations today and checking authority each time. Last person would not speak about claim as couldn’t see my authority!!! Rest of the team did.
@LNRailway 7:47 Leighton Buzzard to Euston 8 carriages again!!! You have supposedly more trains on this line. Why is it short formed. Crammed in like cattle again…
@bt_uk I am in the process of trying to confirm I am not leaving BT for BB. On hold for 45 minutes. Unless you call me or answer me in five minutes then I will leave.
Your decision.

@anon_opin What do you expect them to call them? Bert and Ernie? I don’t see anything wrong with Sir and Miss and neither do the children. It’s a starting point in communication within the school system.
I've always suspected that an advanced alien civilisation with the technology to travel at close to light speed across interstellar distances would arrive in Earth orbit unobserved and proceed to dispatch a fleet of small, easily detectable balloons into our atmosphere.
Today’s experiment.
Tory MP Edward Leigh claimed expenses of £2,332 for heating last year, and £2,474 the year before that
Retweet this if you think he should pay for his own utility bills.
Sorry to hear about my old pal Nadhim Zahawi. I was lucky enough to meet Nadhim at a roller disco in Arbroath in 1984. He was wearing a pair of denim shorts that caused a rubbernecking divorcee to banjo herself against a pillar and I’ve kept a keen eye on his career ever since.
In an LBC interview yesterday, David Lammy defended the ULEZ charge in London and suggested tradespeople can avoid it by using the tube.
When LBC reporter @HenryRiley1 tried it as a tradesman, it didn’t go well. Even had his paint confiscated by tube staff.
@LNRailway on 17:56 Euston to Birmingham train. The new timetable means that the 18:13 and 18:16 don’t exist. The 17:56 is only 8 coaches and full to bursting. Where is the logic in this???? It’s insane.
