2. The impact is to create unacceptable control by the Board. If these resolutions succeed, then it’s effectively the end of Lancashire CCC being a members Club, since members would be giving up some of their rights and much of their ability to influence.
The Board of Lancashire County Cricket Club has called a Special General Meeting to discuss and vote on a number resolutions for Rule changes which are clearly designed to remove power from members and re-invest it in the Board, many of whom are unknown to the membership
I see that the 5cm tolerance rule to gift Liverpool a goal wasn't applied here. In fact it hasn't been used since. Almost as if that was a one time only sorta deal to give them a leg up.
Same scenario, different outcome huh @FA_PGMOL?
@bethTmufc “We just have some glaring issues we haven't addressed. We’re nowhere near the finished article”
All the issues were never going to be fixed in one window. Each time a new manager is appointed it’s widely accepted it will take at least 2-3 windows
When Ten Hag was manager of United we were constantly told he had no style of play and that was wrong.
Now we have Amorim who has a distinct style of play and that is wrong too.
So what is right? 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

Lancashire CCC management is not handling the SGMs very well.
1. It is refusing to share the petitioning members' statement whilst spending members money on publicising its views
2. It is misrepresenting the Petitioning members' views whilst trying to frighten members into believing the Club is at risk.
3. It is using members' money to get top lawyers Hill Dickinson to threaten people for trying to use public channels to put the point across.
It is blatantly unfair and members should know this as they read the material online and in the pavilion.
