Yoskmaikel Rodriguez Perez ran a purported medical clinic in Miami that submitted more than $886,000 in fraudulent claims.

He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit healthcare and wire fraud.

The crimes occurred before he became a U.S. citizen in 2018, but the conviction came afterward.

Under the current administration the government has begun the process to strip his citizenship, alleging he obtained it fraudulently by concealing his criminal activity.

Citizenship is not a shield for those who lie their way into it while ripping off taxpayers.

NEW: Father of the 6-year-old boy who was stabbed to death in Kentucky goes scorched earth after the man who killed his son was released from prison *again* after being re-arrested.

The father of Logan Tipton previously said he would kill Ronald Exantus if they ever crossed paths after Exantus broke into their home and killed his son.

Exantus was released early from prison in 2025 after serving just 10 years for stabbing Tipton in the head.

He had been found not guilty by "reason of insanity" in 2018.

Just 12 days after being released from prison, he was re-arrested in Florida for not registering as a convicted felon.

"Last year, this monster was released from jail due to Kentucky’s mandatory reentry supervision program. He reoffended, and got a pathetic 9 additional months. He is being released today despite the opportunity to hold him in a mental facility," said Kentucky State Rep. TJ Roberts.

Dean Tipton is speaking out about Exantus' release on Facebook.

"The judge and jury gave this monster a slap on the wrist while handing down a life sentence to my family," he said.

"Trying really hard to not let this break me....Ive carried so much over the years since Logan going to be with our Lord. I have woke up everyday, put on my fake a** smile and have carried on with life and literally living through hell."

Not only did Christopher Wray have Hunter Biden’s laptop since 2019, but he also issued a “gag order” after an FBI agent accidentally confirmed the laptop’s authenticity—all while forcing social media companies like Twitter and Facebook to censor the Crackpot laptop story.

In 2024, an FBI official admitted to House investigators that an FBI employee had inadvertently confirmed the authenticity of Hunter Biden’s laptop to Twitter during a conference call on the morning of October 14, 2020—the same day the New York Post published its story about it.

“I recall that when the question came up, an intelligence analyst assigned to the Criminal Investigative Division said something to the effect of, ‘Yes, the laptop is real,’” testified the then-Russia Unit Chief of the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force in a closed-door transcribed interview.

“I believe it was an (Office of General Counsel) attorney assigned to the (Foreign Influence Task Force) who stepped in and said, ‘We will not comment further on this topic.’”

For the first time, and with a change of administration, the FBI has now turned over to GOP House investigators internal chat messages that show Bureau leadership actively silenced its employees.

The FBI, which had a special task force to counter foreign election interference, could have set the record straight by confirming the laptop was real and the subject of an ongoing criminal investigation. Instead, FBI leadership allowed the false narrative about the laptop to gain momentum—while the 51 intelligence officials were deliberately defrauding the U.S. government.

In other words: There was collusion. There was a conspiracy. The FBI and the CIA interfered in the 2020 presidential election, effectively toppling the U.S. government.
