We are transforming our small city into a very vibrant and walkable downtown. Adding our section of Eastrail Corridor.
Doing our first affordable housing at 50% AMI. I showed Ryan our first climate action measure passed

@typewriteralley Open invitation. I will personally take you on a tour of Woodinville showing our 40% housing growth both middle and affordable. I will also show you the lack of water, sewer and infrastructure where it would be incredibly costly and disruptive.
