@artsfestival please check ticket purchasing online - I have tried many times and the payment doesnโt process. I donโt want to use the app because the payment takes me to the page of an intermediary app that I donโt recognise.
@Sonos Iโm based in SA and need telephonic technical support. When I call the number on your website itโs says that I will need to wait for 90 minutes. I have been through chat bots, email support and just need to speak to somebody that can resolve a simple issue for me.
