Separately in relation to the Great Place to work scheme, the questions were ambiguous and members understood it discussed the local team management and not HQ, so ask the questions a specific way and you will get the answers you want

@CathalCroweTD in relation to CUAG being the representative body for the Volunteers, having asked a variety of safety questions to them in the last two years and management refusing the answers, they are not what is being portrayed and only a tick box for management.

And meeting current CDM requirements means the building was designed to facilitate safe access and the beams should not require certification as is stated, if they now require certification it means the building was designed with meeting the CDM regulations which is very serious
