Truly @Allegiant has to have the worst customer service in the country. 2nd flight canceled in 5 days from PIE to GSO. Canceled 1 hour b4 departure, now my elderly aunt in line over an hour waiting for her bag. No explanation of why canceled again. WTF 😡

Can @Allegiant get any worse? 2 diff flights booked in July, PIE to BGR, both experienced signif delays. Today’s flight scheduled to leave at 2:46 pm and is just now boarding. Supposedly due to broken AC, yet wasn’t broken on the connecting flight? Give me a break.

@Allegiant Flight from PIE to GSO cancelled, ok stuff happens, I get it. Attempted 5 times to reschedule online but get the same error each time. Now on hold with change team, currently 28 minutes and counting. Fix your application so we don't have to go through this crap.
