@EE upgraded 2 of my 4 lines yesterday at significant cost. Today, GoogleOne add-on is disconnected without warning (no emails or backup) your website and app useless. 27 mins on hold to be told they have to disconnect the call because of system issues. Tempted to cancel the lot!
@currys I've been told to call the number in the email. When going through the IVR it tells me to "redial" the exact same number and then disconnects. There's obviously a fault with your IVR. Who can I speak to please? Faulty Hoover Washing Machine bought in Dec 22.
@EE Please can you sort out your woeful website and app! Not been able to give data for over 12hrs and my son urgently needs data! How can this be sorted!?
@dfds_uk Thanks for the quick reply. It does make it very difficult to plan as we're close to January. Le Shuttle and P&O both have dates available so may end up needing to book with one of those, which would be a shame as always had good experiences with DFDS.
@dfds_uk when will I be able to book 2023 dates online please? I spoke to one of your representatives in August who said they'd be release in September, but still nothing online!
@YodelOnline appalling customer service from your web chat team yesterday. Unable to deliver despite having the correct address. Then met with radio silence to rub salt in the wound!
@EE what will it take for you to fix your website and app? Why do you make it so difficult for your customers to upgrade. I've now got to spend 838282 hours on hold to 150 or go into a branch.
@DVLAgovuk can you confirm if this is a legitimate DVLA email please? Reeks of scam. However, more concerning is they appear to have my bank details, name and car car registration. Have you had a data breach?
@Parcel2Go how can I contact an actual person about an issue? None of your articles in the "Help Centre" are of any use to me and I cannot resolve my issue without someone to assist me.
@RoyalMail@RoyalMail VERY annoyed that I finished work early to head to a Delivery Office that was closed! The delivery card that was left had no mention of alternative opening hours! Should have just left it in the shed like all the other delivery firms do! π
@EE Thanks. But I think you're missing the point slightly. I shouldn't have to be going back to the store for a third time anyway! I opted for store delivery for convenience. Wouldn't have had this issue with home delivery.
@EE upgraded 2 devices w/ store delivery. 1st time at store order wasn't there. 2nd time the ID scanner in-store couldn't recognise my valid drivers license. Phoned cust support and v. unhelpful! Left store empty handed. Unacceptable. Josh @ Blackwood store was superb however!
