On August 12 2011 Michael from Lutterworth suffered a severe hypoxic brain injury (aged 9), following NHS errors after a successful appendectomy operation.
Sadly it’s Mikey’s last day at school. We would like to thank all the wonderful people at @AshmountSchool for all the hard work, support and care they have given over the last 6 years.
Many many thanks to all at the Leicester General Radiology department for understanding Mikey's needs and being prepared for him today! @NHSLeicester #NHS
@MalcolmLL57 Really - your record at Leicester was shocking! What if you use the data, then tell staff they won't be paid, how would that change the data? Food for thought!!!
A week we hate, it will be 9 yrs tomorrow all changed for Mikey. Yesterday we collected a fab gift for Mikey from Carol Levers and family. A chair that will give Mikey control and help him with cause and effect stimulation. In loving memory of Amy we will be forever grateful xxx
One of our own, Taylor Gough, is doing it tough and in need of your help.
If you can spare anything, please donate as Goughy fights to walk again.

@mrdanwalker We've built a bird box containing a camera for @mikeysfund in the garden. A great project for parents and kids during the lock down. The live stream is here https://t.co/EWK5OLn0Gu
