@brand_pandit1 @AshwiniVaishnaw @khuchrep @Khurpench_ Faced the same issue today. My money was debited twice and Neither was the ticket booked. Lost travel, lost money. When contacted IRCTC they push the blame on banks even when the money was debited from their own wallet

Booked tatkal ticket via Railone. Paid via Rwallet. Rwallet money deducted 3869.4. Neither ticket booked nor rcvd refund. Emailed Railone they say it's a bank issue when the money was infact paid frm Rwallet. HELP

@drmmumbaicr What a shame. Instead of providing 15 car trains to ease as per the extended platform would have been a great choice but it has been happily ignored. Ruined designed of the station roof. No escalator of subway on the extended part. People made to stand in heat and soon rainfall.
