ATTENTION: @DeptVetAffairs@SecVetAffairs
In the past 36 hours, 3 veterans in crisis have been admitted to local ERs because their medications aren’t arriving on time—some delayed by 18 days. This has been a relentless struggle for 4 years. We’re exhausted after another 36-hour fight to keep them alive. Please, we’re begging for better continuity—veterans need their meds delivered reliably and on schedule. No more delays, no more crises.
VETERANS: If your meds don’t arrive, don’t wait until you’re desperate. Call your VA Hospital and ask for the in-patient pharmacy dept for help. You deserve better than this…
To all the physicians and Federal police saying we can’t have pain medication, how dare you! We are the people using our bodies to keep this nation running while you privileged few have never done 1 day of hard labor. This has become criminal and a human rights issue
Dear US government,
I'm a Gen Xer who has been paying into social security my whole working life and I'm just years out from retirement.
Give me my fucking money back.
ALL OF IT.
Regards,
M
It is time to stop blaming Disabled People for getting pennies because they are disabled.
And time to crackdown on the greedy people stealing billions and paying no tax either.
@PACRiseUp Cruelty is the point. You've worked 40 years til your body broke, gave up 1/2 your earnings, now they're done with ya. Can I see a daily peee test from those making this decision, thx.
@unusual_whales Well, everyone is underpaid. You just can't give em all the expensive stuff throughout life, because once they realize that video console takes a months work 8-5, then they're not gonna want work for less than $20.
Your friendly reminder...No surgeries unless pain care in writing, how long care will be provided, correct doses. And...that fentynal was handed out at wh no docs, tests, pt 5x, testing, etc, etc, etc.
The obsession by some, to push post op opioid free or sparing protocols (plus brag about it), is getting obscene. Talking major surgeries here. Some CPP are not given enough opioid medication in surgery and after. Waking up in unimaginable pain. Literally creating new trauma.
@ahouse4all You've worked since 12 for multiple decades, no pension offered, wrecked your body, no pain help. Now you can't afford rent/food on the pittance they give back, and ur still paying taxes on tp to wipe ur azz. If you're disturbed by struggling humans start looking at the top.
In NPD (narcissistic personality disorder), “splitting” often manifests as viewing people as either perfect or worthless, depending on how well they serve the #narcissist's needs.
If someone admires or validates the narcissist, they are idealized; if they criticize or fail to meet the narcissist's expectations, they are devalued. This black-and-white thinking helps the narcissist maintain their grandiose self-image by externalizing any flaws or negative feelings onto others.
While splitting is not the defining feature of NPD as it is in BPD, it is a mechanism that can be used by individuals with NPD to manage their fragile self-esteem and maintain their sense of superiority.
Gabapentin/Celebrex/Lyrica/Cymbalta/Haldol/Suboxone have no indication to treat pain postoperatively
Cancel all elective procedures unless medication is called in prior
Wallet pain tends to hurt the most
I'm sorry I'm going to dismiss you from pain clinic for asking for 10 pills to sit on an airplane w/5 probs wrong with your skeleton, but if you take these 5 diff antidepressants/convulsants you'll make my mercedes paymnt at the risk of your health, thanks.
@miswojo1 Something something not allowed to get one day early...if we're 2-20 days late and you're so sick to be hospitalized from our negligense, fine. 🤬
Why should we pay for MP's to get free travel, free rent, free electricity, free mobile phones and child benefit x5 for 3 of their children?
They have jobs don't they, and if they don't pay enough they could get a better one.
