@British_Airways When I called up last time, Kajal your call centre assistant said they’d look at it and get back within the month. That too has lapped and still nothing. BA service is so shite

@British_Airways I’ve not had a response to my complaint in half a year now! 6 months exactly since i made a complaint as you upgraded me but never told me or gave me my new boarding pass - which ended up in me missing my flight. Gutted. No response. Everytime i chase - no help! Infuriating!
