Banger of a training day done and dusted โ
This morning: 7 miles with 2 miles at 6:15 pace then 3 x 3min at 6:00 pace.
This afternoon: 90min ride w/ 5 x 3min at 270w, 5 x 2min at 284w, and 5 x 1min at 297w.
That bike workout might have been one of my all time favorites ๐๐ป
A separator between good and great coaching is the ability to apply practicality.
You might draw up the best program/system in the world but if itโs not practical, itโs useless.
@brian_drago_ For longer threshold reps like 8-10min I like to pick 3-4 songs and not look at the time of the interval until the songs are done.
Definitely helps break them up better than just watching the clock.
