@kristendelivers @DuffersSport I was born in 1968. My twin Sister weighed 3lb 5oz and I weighed 2lb 2oz! No ultrasound, no modern heart monitors, just an incubator and a tube shoved down my mouth and fed Carnation milk! My sister was allowed home after my Mum had recovered, I spent 6 weeks in hospital!

Botley Road closure 11/04/2023

In Oxford , one of the main roads into the city, a railway bridge and railway station are being rebuilt. It’s taking 7 months to just get things ready while the road is closed and then in the following year another 7 months of closure to re-build the bridge??

@engineers_feed No! Because it’s not the ground speed that gives the aircraft lift. It’s the speed of the air passing over & under the wings which produces a differential in pressure that produces lift.
