@gregisenberg ideas are cheap now, proof is the slow part. i built demo factory for that, a claude code kit that pulls a niche's real complaints and builds a clickable demo you can put in front of a buyer the same day. free sample in my bio if anyone wants to test one of these
@AdamMalherbe@rob_mcrobberson appreciate it adam. honestly you're who i built it for, the real-menu-at-the-counter move is the whole idea. launch price is $19 til oct 30, link in my bio. would love your take if you run it on your next shop
@ivabuzuk showing beats pitching, 100%. same afternoon is the key part too, they still remember the call. i built demo factory around that exact move, a claude code kit that turns call notes into a clickable demo of their thing. free sample in my bio if you want to compare notes
@NexImperiumX love this. tip from doing similar: show each one a clickable version of their site before you build the real thing, kills the revision loop. i made demo factory for that, a claude code kit that turns call notes into a clickable demo. free sample in my bio if it helps
@elgerardorivrra show the problem before the price is the big one. i go one step further and show them a clickable demo with their own stuff before i quote. built demo factory to do that in claude code, call notes in, demo out. free sample in my bio
@konig0000 lol the github part. real talk tho he already did the hard thing, a client said yes. i made demo factory for that step, a claude code kit that turns client notes into a clickable demo before they pay. free sample in my bio if either of you wants it
@AdamMalherbe@rob_mcrobberson the real menu + ordering on your phone at the counter is such a good move. thats basically why i built demo factory, idea to clickable demo fast so the "show him" step takes an afternoon. link in bio if you wanna try the free sample
@MrArshSingh thanks man. thats the whole bet with demo factory, client sees their own thing clickable on day 1 and the scope argument mostly disappears. free sample in my bio if you ever want to poke at it
@IliyaOblakov tests + a verify script rerun after every patch rn. but yeah routing the small ones back through codex is cleaner, adding that to demo factory. its the kit i use to turn client notes into a clickable demo before quoting, link in bio if you wanna see it
@tobiaswup packaged that step as a claude code kit, demo factory: client notes in, clickable demo out, before you quote. might be handy for madebyagents. free sample: https://t.co/O9VruohSzQ
@tobiaswup agree, demand for small custom tools went way up. biggest unlock for me was showing a clickable version before quoting. most clients dont know what they want until they see their own workflow on a screen
@BirdVein that workflow is a claude code kit now, demo factory. you describe the business, it builds the demo you show the owner on day 2. free sample: https://t.co/O9VruohSzQ
@BSumariuk this is exactly why i built demo factory, a claude code kit that turns a business's notes into a clickable demo you show before the call. free sample here: https://t.co/O9VruohSzQ
@BSumariuk the build being the smallest part is so true now. building takes an afternoon, getting the owner to say yes is the whole job. showing them a working version of their own site before the call does most of the selling
@MrArshSingh fwiw i turned this into a claude code kit called demo factory. paste in client notes, it builds the clickable page. free sample if you want to try it: https://t.co/O9VruohSzQ
@MrArshSingh this is the move. people react to screens not paragraphs. i do the same thing before quoting anyone, a clickable page answers half the questions before they ask
@IliyaOblakov it can, and thats the tradeoff. small fixes it does directly, anything bigger goes back to codex as a written fail list. read-only is cleaner though, might steal that
@AdamMalherbe@rob_mcrobberson no computer in the shop is the best part. how did you pitch him at first, did you show him something working or just explain it
@MattBusel@AlexFinn 2077 to 16 is painful lol. a tiny playable demo, even 500mb, would probably flip that. people claim free stuff on autopilot but nobody starts a 30gb download on a whim
@rob_mcrobberson love this. same energy now when you show a small business a working version of their own workflow. they've been told software takes 6 months and 50k, then you show it to them in a day
@kevinyien the ones that worked for me answered the one question the owner asks every monday, like who owes me money or what's behind. anything with 12 charts never got opened again
