Already over a month and getting same replies of being rest assured.

Now the agent says he cannot do anything and I will have to recharge to use my services.
I don't expect such cheap tricks by jio fiber agents to get the customer.
I would like this issue to be escalated.
I was promised 2 months of complimentary internet if I buy 6 months of JioFiber in advance. Also one of my relatives gave me a referral, even they were promised to get one month of free internet as complimentary bonus.
Wasted my day. My data has been compromised and Cell will be factory reset again after a week.
Won't recommend Mi Service Center Malad West to anyone.

Went there because my Poco X3 PRO camera stopped working.
They didn't even try to look at the issue and directly asked me to take the backup and do software update.
Even after asking them thrice what if this doesn't work they ignored.
Factory Reset was done. Wasn't able to get my backup.
Issue still persist and they respond like come after one week we don't have motherboard available.
