Por otro lado tenias a Senadores y ricos que siempre iban en carro o a caballo y no pisaban mucho la calle, a esos no se les metían Scrupulus en las sandalias, por eso eran gente "sin escrúpulos" y por eso alguien sin escrúpulos es quien puede seguir caminando tranquilamente…aunque tenga la piedra ahí.

El caso de Margaret Keane y su esposo, Walter Keane, representa uno de los fraudes y robos de autoría más grandes y mediáticos en la historia del arte moderno.

Durante casi una década, Walter comercializó y se atribuyó de forma exclusiva la autoría de las famosas pinturas de niños con "ojos grandes" (Big Eyes), las cuales eran creadas en secreto por Margaret.

Tras años de manipulación, amenazas y encierro, Margaret logró divorciarse y exponer el engaño en un histórico juicio donde derrotó a su exmarido.

Walter, un hábil vendedor inmobiliario y pintor aficionado sin éxito, comenzó a exhibir las obras en clubes y galerías.

Al notar el inmenso impacto comercial, se hizo pasar por el pintor de los cuadros ante compradores y periodistas.

Cuando Margaret descubrió la mentira, Walter la convenció de mantener el engaño argumentando que el negocio caería si se revelaba el fraude, sumado a que el mercado del arte de la época no tomaba en serio a las mujeres pintoras.

Walter obligó a Margaret a pintar a puerta cerrada hasta 16 horas diarias. Tenía prohibido hablar del tema, incluso con su propia hija.

Mientras Margaret vivía bajo amenazas y abuso psicológico, Walter se codeaba con estrellas de Hollywood, asistía a exclusivas galas y abría galerías de arte.

Walter masificó la obra vendiendo reproducciones económicas en láminas, postales, platos y carteles en supermercados, generando millones de dólares.

Tras sufrir agresiones físicas e intentos de violencia extrema por parte de Walter, Margaret se separó de él en 1965 y se mudó a Hawái.

En 1970, cansada de ocultar su identidad, Margaret confesó la verdad a un periodista de la agencia UPI.

Ante las constantes desmentidas y ataques públicos de Walter, Margaret lo demandó por difamación y derechos de autor en 1986. El juez federal de Honolulu ordenó que ambos pintaran un cuadro de un niño de ojos grandes dentro del tribunal en un límite de una hora.

Margaret completó un lienzo detallado en solo 53 minutos. Walter se negó rotundamente a pintar alegando un repentino e incomprobable dolor en el hombro. El tribunal falló a favor de Margaret, devolviéndole de manera oficial la autoría y los derechos exclusivos de toda su obra.

El legado de la artista fue inmortalizado de manera internacional por el director de cine Tim Burton en su película biográfica de 2014, titulada Big Eyes (Ojos Grandes).

Relative rotation speeds and axial tilts of the planets and dwarf planets.

This animation shows how fast each planet spins compared to the others, and how tilted their axes are. Jupiter and Saturn spin the fastest, completing a day in about 10 hours. Earth takes 24 hours, while Venus rotates extremely slowly and in the opposite direction.

Uranus stands out with its extreme tilt of about 98 degrees, essentially rolling on its side as it orbits the Sun. The differences in spin and tilt reveal a lot about each planet's formation history and past collisions.
