@realNirajK@karrisaarinen@linear I’m not sure why his answer isn’t just “maybe we should actually consider native for desktop”. Maybe because that’s not the current hype train.
@itvnews@chrisshipitv@itvnews lunchtime only played vox pops from members of the public who think this is fantastic!! Massively unbalanced/biased news coverage given this thread. 😲
"Voyage through Time"
is my first artpiece using #stablediffusion and I am blown away with the possibilities...
We're crossing a threshold where generative AI is no longer just about novel aesthetics, but evolving into an amazing tool to build powerful, human-centered narratives
@stellacreasy If MPs can't take maternity leave, then they shouldn't be forced to put their new born babies into the care of someone else to continue to perform their jobs. The commons must learn to accommodate for this and be empathetic to any potential disruption.
@rsgnl I love how Apple *know* what's best for everyone. Until they realise they don't. This would just be another of those occasions: https://t.co/WBOLRZnbCk
@pritipatel@England The mental hoops @pritipatel must jump though to justify this stunning level of hypocrisy🤦🏾♂️
How about suggesting positive actions that the @England team could take to highlight/protest this abhorrent racist abuse, if not take the knee? Constructive critique please, not divisive
@tannerlinsley @cesarj2212 @donavon@Swizec@Uber Telemetry tools like that might not have such a bad rep if they respected devs enough to opt-in instead of a stealthy opt-out.
Also interesting that despite the data being "anonymized", you were still able to identify Uber.
@wayne_reid79 Given the context that this is awarded to those carrying out work on behalf of the British in foreign countries (historically white people in predominantly non-white geographical locations), the imagery is incredibly loaded. I fail to see how its continued use can be justified.
@wayne_reid79 To those arguing that racism isn't the intention, given a past of slavery (ie. white people crushing black people), I'd say that the artist choosing to go leftfield and making Satan look like a black man instead of the usual red is incredibly insensitive at the very least.
