Took 2 trains today one @TPExpressTrains and one @LNER both times staff asked me to get on another coach with my pram and then watched me struggle to lift it myself both getting on and getting off. It would have taken 2 minutes and would have made a massive difference #dobetter

They say never meet your hero’s … those people are wrong. I have watched @CarrieHFletcher for years and she has been a role model for me. Finally meeting her means the world she was amazing and kind. I am still a crying and shaking mess but so worth it 💕🫶🏻
