ALERT! Never use @bookingcom They have one of the most terrible customer service. Basically, they’re bunch of liars and fraud and their partner hotels are no less. Sharing an incident that happened in London with us this week. CONT 1
@bookingcom it’s not a service provider anymore, rather bunch of frauds! Will soon write everything about this on @delhimessenger_ and will share on our YouTube channel as well!
This is getting beyond a joke and adding to the trauma I have been caused. These people should be ashamed of themselves and are disgusting taking advantage of people’s vulnerabilities. Still waiting for someone to reach out to me from https://t.co/AiSOeKeXEa
And a clear breach of contract terms as I have not received the goods I paid for, and I am out of pocket. Was told a supervisor would ring me back - this was 6hrs ago now! Shocking and getting legal advice now to pursue this matter…
@bookingcom I have spoken to a further 3 agents today at the customer service number and no one has been able to put me through to a supervisor or give me a solution. Have lied and tried to blame for their failure to check property owners…
@bookingcom customers beware!!! This service is a sham and are using scam properties on their website and then screwing people out of their money when they are forced to book alternative accommodation! I am still fighting my case…
Have highlighted each point @giovani raised and pointed out how https://t.co/AiSOeKeXEa are lying to try and get out of giving my money back when this was what they agreed on before I rebooked emergency accommodation…
@scammers@CitizensAdvice
@bookingcom awaiting a reply from a manager after receiving that insulting message earlier today and I have sent one back yet again explaining the situation in depth and how there are no valid reasons for them to deny my refund request…
@bookingcom First of all it’s not our opinion, it was our experience with Booking and their partner hotel. Whatever we have shared, it was the account of our hardship faced in London while dealing with your customer service and partner hotel. Sharing further details in private message.
We have all the call recordings with @bookingcom and their executive. We spoke to them for more than two hours, they wasted our time which was meant for exploring London. The trip was ruined and we couldn’t enjoy it as we were stressed about the booking. 6
Finally, he connected us with his senior who told us you can book another hotel and we’ll refund full money for this booking. We immediately left the hotel and booked another one. Booking is saying it’s up to the hotel to refund the amount. 5
As we had already paid for the hotel, the manager told us you can leave if you don’t like it and I won’t refund a penny. We connected with Booking customer service. The customer service executive was extremely clueless. He wasted our 1 hour on phone… 4
When we told the manager, he gave us another room with a warning that this is the only choice you will get. The other room he gave was absolutely pathetic and completely different from the one we had booked. The manager then threatened us with either take it or leave it. 3
We booked Earls Court Hotel in central London for a night. When we checked in the hotel manager gave us a room in basement with no window and ventilation…completely different from the one we booked. It was like a store turned into a room with two beds stuffed in it. 2
