@KetoSimple I ordered 2 egg, cheese, and sausage McMuffins without the bread last week. First, they charged me for a combo meal which I didn’t want. Then, I had to go back reorder the 2nd one. And then go back again and ask for the egg because they just gave me sausages with cheese. 😭

@MissB53 I’ve been making hard boiled eggs twice a week. They are easy to grab during work. Having food ready really is the ultimate hack because a lot of my good choices are made from a place of being busy or tired.

@CoffindafferFBI I used to work in research in the prenatal suite where they did the 1st trimester test for DS. They told many women to abort and the ones that didn’t always had healthy babies. Makes you wonder.
